At the Mankind Project Queensland we understand that last-minute medical, family and work commitments can prevent men from attending the training. Whilst we understand that the NWTA can represent a significant financial investment for many men, the running of the NWTA is a significant financial investment for MKP Qld ( registered, not-for-profit charity)  and most of our costs are already committed well before you arrive. Therefore, our ability to give a full refund depends on several factors.

Timely Cancellation

If you advise us of your cancellation more than 28 days before your training, we will give you a full refund less any processing fee charged by our ticketing provider.

Late Cancellation

If you advise us of your cancellation less than 28 days before your training, we will charge 50% of what you have paid. Please consider one of the alternatives to cancellation described below.

No Cancellation/No Show

If you do not make a reasonable effort to contact us or fail to attend, we will charge 100% of what you have paid.

Alternatives to Cancellation

You may rebook for a future training more than 14 days prior to the start of your booked training and receive credit of 100% of what you have paid. Rebooking with less than 14 days notice will incur an administration fee of $200.

If your Late Cancellation is caused by Covid19, medical matter, family or workplace emergency, you may rebook without penalty. We may request evidence.

If We Cancel or Reschedule

We will offer you the choice of a full refund or rebooking.

Special Circumstances

If you feel special circumstances warrant an exception to our refund policy in your case, please write to the Enrolment Coordinator of MKP Qld care of admin@mkpqld.org.au

Membership

Memberships can be cancelled at any time. Membership fees are normally non-refundable but if you have made an error in your membership selection or change your mind about joining MKPQLD, please contact us.

Donations

Due to the nature of charity donations, refunds are given at the discretion of our management team. Please make sure that the amount you enter is the amount you wish to give. In the event of an incorrect amount being entered, or if the donation is made accidently or there is an extremely unusual circumstance, please contact us. We will review the request and respond. We will refund if there was a system error with the donation processing. If a donation is refunded, the associated tax receipt is no longer truthful so it should be shredded and destroyed.

Merchandise

If you are not satisfied with your product or would like a different size etc. we are happy to exchange it for a new one or refund your purchase price. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us to arrange a refund/exchange.
